Refund policy

30 day returns

If you are not happy with your Dewly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return
Email us at costachristian00@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Conditions
The fountain must be complete, with all its parts, cleaned and in its original packaging where possible.
Used filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened filter packs can be returned within 30 days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
